From:
| Basildon A13 or A127 then A130 (towards Benfleet & Canvey Island) all meet up at Sadlers Farm Roundabout (take care 2 way roundabout) Then A13 (London Road) to Tarpots, turn left into, Kennington Avenue, which joins into Church Road past first corner, and at first set of traffic lights turn left into Manor Road. At end of road enter Woodside Park (note - speed bumps), go to end of road through gate and enter car park for Benfleet F C and Clubhouse.

Rayleigh A13 to Tarpots (where shops are) turning right at the roundabout into Kennington Ave, then directions as above OR at bottom of Bread & Cheese Hill, turn right at traffic lights into Kents Hill Road North, at end of road turn left into Church Road, then right at first set of traffic lights into Manor Road. At end of road enter Woodside Park (note - speed bumps), go to end of road through gate and enter car park for Benfleet F C and Clubhouse.
